Note: The Ludington Daily News of September 23, 1919 held the following: 'Returned Soldier Takes Bride' Rev. William Simon performed the ceremony at 9 o'clock this morning which united William Anerson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson of Victory, in marriage to Miss Marie Timpy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Timpy of Victory. The bride was charmingly attired in a dress of pink silk crepe. She carried a bridal bouquet of carnations and ferns. She was attended by her sister, Miss Margaret Timpy, who wore a dress of rose color crepe de chine. Mr. Anderson was attended by Jack Timpy. An elaborate wedding breakfast was served to the bridal party at the home of Mrs. Anderson's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson will make their home on a farm in Victory. Mr. Anderson was overseas for 18 months serving as a wagoner in connection with the 126th infantry, 32nd division.
