Note: Steve was the son of John Robert Hubbard and Minerva F. Hubbard. His sister, Brenda Jean is still living. He is also survived by a wife Catharine Huber and son John William Hubbard. Steve died due to a heart attack resulting from adult onset diabetes at the age of 48. He was a wonderful musician, active in the Methodist Church, and a loving father and husband. He played many instruments- guitar, piano, drums, trombone, tuba, baritone and he sang. He was noted for his perfect pitch, great sense of humor and kindness. He is buried in the Glen Forest Cememtary. His son John, was the light of his life. His wife Catharine Huber, was his partner through all.
