  Langston Rites Are Held Monday
  Funeral services were held for Eugene Langston Monday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Tisdale officiating. Burial was in the Union Grove Cemetery under the direction of LyBrand Funeral Home. Mr. Langston, who died Sunday morning at his home, was 77 years old. He had been ill for some time. Mr. Langston, a retired farmer and rancher, was a native of Wills Point and a life long resident. He was a member of the Armed Forces during World War I and a member of the First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Lillian Langston of Wills Point; two sons, W.C. Langston and J.R. Langston, both of Wills Point; one daughter, Mrs. Linda Krantz of Wills Point; two brothers, Howard Langston of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Jack Langston of Whimple, Arizona; two sisters, Mrs. Velma Leinart of Terrell and Mrs. Adell Jacobs of Austin; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tommy Morgan, Gordon Mott, Randy Rankin, Johnny Beck, Jack Robinson and Bill Martin.
