  Albert was an avid reader. He was especialy interested in history,politics, religion and other non-fiction.
  Albert was a member of the First Baptist Church, Kerby Knob.
  Albert was a member of the V. F. W., and the Chapter Nine of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
  Albert was a member of the County, State, and National Cattlemen's Association.
  Albert moved to the Douglas Creek area of Western Colorado tohomestead in 1920. His homestead became known as the Twin Buttes Ranch.
