Note: Wiley was in Company C, 63rd Virginia Infantry, Confederate States of America. He enlisted April 6, 1862 at Moccasin Gap. He was due $50 bounty, sent to the hospital on May 18, 1864, admitted to Ocmulgee Hospital from September 6, 1862 through 1864, was wounded in action on August 31, 1864 by a minnie ball through his left leg. "Served to the end of the war." Also served in Grayson County, Militia. He worked as a carpenter, mechanic, electrician, and foreman.
