I hereby revolke all wills heretofore made by me. Item # 2 I wish my Executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts, by the sale of such part of my personal Estate as my wife and family can best spare. Item # 3 My wish and desire is that my wife and two youngest children reside upon the land and homestead where now I now live without disposing of it until my youngest arrives at the age of twenty one years and keep and use all the personal property I ___ prosed (?) of except what may be necessary to pay my debts until the time above stated for their support and maintenance and upon the youngest arriving at the age of twenty one years the whole of my property to be equally divided among my children, the older ones accounting for advancements to them during my life time. Item # 4 My will and desire is that my son Moses Turner and my son-in-law Eli Quick still remain and occupy and use the land where they live, same as they had aheretofore done during my lifetime and at my death the title of the Land upon which my son Moses Turner now lives to vest in him and his heirs. The land upon which my son-in-law Eli Quick now lives to revert to and become a part of my Estate and divided as the balance of my Estate. Item # 5 I hereby Constitute and appoint my son Henson Turner, my Executor to this my last will and Testament. In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this sixth day of May 1865. Moses T. Turner being produced in open court for probate by the Executor who has filed his petition to prove the same. Came into the court at this regular Term of the Court. Richmond Dorman, William Bradley, and Edward Connor, and being duly sworn, depose and say that they saw Moses T. Turner, sign and publish the within, as his last will and Testament while of sound but disposing mind. That they witnessed the same for him at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other and that the same was executed voluntarily by him on the day it purports to have been executed.
