Sources: A Morris man was being held in County Jail without bond yesterday following toe fatal shotgun shooting of George T. Clayton of Warrior, over the week-end at the Morris man's home. Deputy Coronor J. O. Butler identified the Morris man as Robert Lee Hogan 42, He is being held on a "hold for coroner" charge. Butler said Clayton went to see Hogan Saturday and tried to collect for work done on the latter's car. Clayton forced his way into Hogan's house and began arguing over the bill after Hogan had asked him repeatedly to leave, Butler said. Hogan then grabbed a 12 gauge shotgun and fired one blast onto Clayton's midsection at close range, the cornor said he was informed. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Jefferson Hillman Hospital. Butler said an inquest would be held at 9 a.m. today in the cornoner's office. MARRIAGE: Laurice had a daughter by her first marriage. Her name is Patsy Partridge b. November 12, 1944.
