a. Note:   Margaret L. C. Clayton married James T. Swearengin in Blount County, Alabama September 13, 1865. Some time before Feburary 5, 1870, she died and is buried in an unknown grave. On that date, her husband, Jim, married Mary Jane Sisk in Blount County.

Sealed with our seals, and dated the 13th day of September, A. D., One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-five. The condition of the above obligation is such, That if there be lawful cause why J. T.
