N. Gillespie, at Lenoir, Tenn. on the 15th day of Nov., 1862, to serve two years, and is now entitled to discharge by reason of disability. The said James Clayton was never paid from 15th Nov., 1862 to the present date. There is due him _____dollars traveling allowance from________, the place of discharge, to ________, the place of enrollment, transportation not being furnished in kind.
