  Sources: These certificates were sent to me by Joan McMeans, granddaughter of John Wesley Waters. They show that he was a member of the Mason Organization from November 1909 to March 1913. They were found among the possessions of her late mother. They also show that his father, John Robert Waters was Secretary and later, Noble Grand.

  DEATH: According to Elaine Lawrence, a descendant of John Wesley Waters, he was visiting in Mississippi County, Arkansas. He died from stomach cancer. He was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery in Mississippi County.
