Waters, 79, Cassville, who died at 1:00pm. last Tuesday in the Veterans Administration Hospital. Fayetteville, Ark., where he had been a patient a week, were held Thursday in the Williamson Chapel in the Valley, Cassville. The Rev. Gussie Carlson officiated. The body was taken to Jasper, Ala. for burial in Oak Hill Cemetery there Saturday afternoon. Born April 2, 1893 in the state of Georgia. Mr. Waters was a retired construction foreman for the Tennessee Coal, Iron and Railroad Company of Birmingham, Ala. He had lived in Cassville the last seven years.
