R. Waters and wife M. E. Waters his wife for and in consideration of sixteen hundred, to us paid in hand by O. L. Higgins, the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said O. L. Higgins the following described property, to wit:The S-1/2 of the NE 1/4 and the NE-1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section Twenty six (26) and the S-1/2 of the NW-1/4 and the NW-1/4 of the SW-1/4 and the SW-1/4 of the NE-1/4 Section Twenty five (25) Township 8 of Range 7 West, situated, lying, and being in the County of Lawrence ansd State of Alabama. To Have and To Hold unto the said O. L. Higgins, his heirs and assigns, forever. And we, for ourselves and our heirs, executors, administrators, covenant with the said O. L. Higgins, his heirs and assigns, that we lawfully seized in fee simple of said premises; that they are free from all incumberance, and that we have a good right to sell and convey the said property; that we will, and our heirs, executors, and administrators shall: warrant and defend the same to said O.
