  "Mrs. Nettie J. Freiberg, 70, wife of Bernard Freiberg, secretary of the Freiberg & Workum Company, died yesterday at her home, 746 Greenwood avenue, Avondale. She celebrated her golden wedding anniversary last May.
  "Mrs. Freiberg was a granddaughter of the first couple to be married in Cincinnati's first synagogue, then located on Broadway, near Fifth street. The grandparents came to this city from France. Mrs. Freiberg was a member of the fourth generation of her family to live in Cincinnati.
  "She was a tireless worker in civic and philanthropic activities, having been a director of the Council of Jewish Women and Chairman of the Membership Board of that group; director of the Rockdale Avenue Temple Sisterhood and Chairman of the Membership Board of that organization also, as well as being a leader in many other community enterprises.
  "She is survived by her husband, two sons, Stanley B. and Leonard H. Freiberg; a daughter, Mrs. Mabel F. Straus; two brothers, Alcan Moss and William P. Moss, the latter of New York; two sisters, Mrs. Sophie Frank and Mrs. Harry J. Lewin, and nine grandchildren. [. . .]"
