a. Note:   N7 In 1884 she founded, with Rosa (Mrs. Samuel B.) Sachs, the Society for the Relief of the Jewish Sick Poor in Cincinnati, to help Russian Jewish immigrants.--Sarna and Klein, THE JEWS OF CINCINNATI (1989).
  1900 Census says she had borne 8 children and that 5 were still living in 1900.
  In June 1900 and 1910 she was widowed, living with daughter Sophie, son-in-law Gus Frank, and the Franks' daughter Felicia in Cincinnati. In Jan 1920 she was living with her daughter Rosalind, son-in-law Harry Lewin, and their daughter Mary Elizabeth in Cincinnati.
