  Debbie,
I knew a William Condley who fit the description of your William Condley. This Bill used to drive a Mule team for Bushaw lumber company. He later worked for my grandfather Walter G Breeding where Billwas the local Blacksmith, he also took care of Walter's livestock.. hauling hay with the wagon & mules. He also was the local barber, cut my hair many times. This all occurred at Zoe, OK.
Walter & Bill's relationship went way back, they built Bill a one room house on the premises where he lived in for many years. He finally entered a nursing home in Heavener, OK. I think that it was byBill own choice, he seem to still be functional at that time. Im not exactly sure as to when Bill entered the nursing home. It was sometime after I left Zoe and entered the Army in Nov. 1954
Walter Breeding died on August 26, 1952 so that left Bill, Ella, widow of Walter and Ike Breeding, Walter & Ella son who lived across the road from where Bill & Walter houses were. Joe & Beulah Breeding Walkup lived across the railroad tracks from where Walter & Bill lived.
This Bill seem to have a little trace of Indian blood in him. We talked a lot but I was very young then. I never knew much about his personal life, although I had heard that he perhaps was married atone time and maybe had two children. This man took no crap off anybody in his younger days.
  Bill Walkup Sapulpa, OK.
