Note: Dale was a construction worker in the Tulsa area. He lived on part of the original Burford farm and raised cattle. Elmer Dale Burford was born Dec. 15 1936, in Locust Grove, to Elmer and Anita (Coday) Burford. He died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007, in Tulsa, at the age of 70 years, 10 months and 23 days. He graduated from Locust Grove High School in 1955.
