Note: Barbara (Scaggs) Quinlin, 76, Greenfield, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at St. Vincent�s Heart Center of Indiana in Indianapolis. Born on April 16, 1931 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of James and Wilma (Hawkins) Scaggs. She married Marion Robert Quinlin. Mrs. Quinlin was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Marion R. Quinlin of Greenfield; sons, Michael (Judy) Prunier of Noblesville, Thomas L. (Donna) Quinlin of Indianapolis; daughters, Peggy (Dean) Couch and Janet (Richard) Rather, both of Greenfield and Sandra Snider of Shelbyville; and brothers, William Scaggs of Florida, Lloyd Scaggs of Martinsville, Paul Scaggs and James Scaggs, both of Indianapolis, and Donald Scaggs of Southport; sister, Florence Jean Scharbrough of Monrovia; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Wilma Scaggs; son, David Prunier in 2005; and granddaughter, Christina Colclazier in 2001.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 4, 2007, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 5, 2007, at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery in Greenfield.
