a. Note:   Thomas' parent's are most likely from England,I agree with that a nd so do other Boren researcher's.Thomas brought his family to Warren co,T n.abt.1825,from Bracken co .,Kentucky. How or why he went from Maryla nd to Kentucky to Tennessee is a mystery to me. Also according to the 18 10 census had 6 children 4 boy's and 2 girl's and a wife,who are also a my stery except George my ggg-grandfather. The origin of the surname Boren could possibly have came from Boring,Bor an which are British and O'Boran which is an old Irish name. First I will find all the names of Thomas' children and wife,then possib ly trace the Boren's back to England!
