a. Note:   In the 1860s Bennett moved his family to a farm near White Mills, KY. He built a log cabin with the help of the elder boys. Bennett raised his nephew, Claibourne Cash Wilson (son of Mary Cash and Jonathon Wilson) after the death of his sister. When Bennett died, his son, Sanford, moved into the log house, raised his family -- then his son, Everett, moved into it and had a family of 12 children. The log house burned in the year 1953.
