Norman Albert Madison, 47, died at the jackson Park Hospital in Chicago,
IL Saturday October 21, 1978.
He was born April 2, 1931 at Sparta, a son of Kenneth and Pauline
Killough Madison, and married June 22, 1956 to Shirley Washington at
Chicago, IL.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Shirley Madison of Chicago; one son,
Norman Madison, Jr., at home; five daughters, Mrs. Elaine Dorsey, Mrs.
Linda Ross and Ms. Norma Jean Madison, or Chicago and Cari and Leslie Ann
Madison at home; four sisters, Mrs. Carrie St. James of Sparta, IL, Mrs.
Faye Gleghorn of Indianapolis, IN, Mrs. Ruby Cushinberry of Chicago and
Mrs. Myrtle Penny of Dixon; two brothers, Clifford Madison of Detroit and
William D. Madison of Madison, IL, and his mother Mrs. Pauline Madison of
Sparta.
Mr. Madison was a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church of Sparta.
