The family homesteaded in Saskatchewan, Canada right after WWI. Both boys born there. Returned to OK and lived there during the Depression/Dust Bowl.
By late 1940s when my mother met him he was a foreman for the public utility company in Tulsa; she had the impression he had been working there for some time.
