Note: State of Colorado Death Certificate indicated that Estella had been aresident of Monte Vista, CO for thirty six years prior to her death whichwould indicate that they had moved there in 1908 at about the age offifty. Her address at the time of death was 1142 Park Ave., Monte Vista,Rio Grande Cty., Colorado. Her daughter, Clella L. Fuasett, was also aresident of Monte Vista. Estella died of pneumonia due to heartdisease. Her daughter, Nettie Dyer, recalled that her mother hadsuffered poor health much of her adult life.
Estella was born in or near Oconomowoc, Waukesha County, Wisconsin on 27December 1858. Her father Silas Clemons is shown in the 1850 Census asresiding in Wauwatosa, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin which is about 20miles East of Oconomowoc. Of some interest is that Estella's family andher future son-in-law's (John Leo Dyer) lived within 20 miles of eachother prior to their moving to Kansas where they again lived within a fewmiles of each other.
