Note: N2872 Sarah was in the 1850 Conecuh Co. AL census as the 2nd daughter, 22 years old. Sarah Barlow, 27, living with the Sheffields, 1860 census. These ages are in error somehow. 1900 Conecuh Co. census: Sarah Barlow B. Jan. 1832, single, inmate. Floyd Hawkins, head of household or institution. Was this Sarah, daughter of William or daughter of Elias? Why was she an inmate? All of the others were women, as well.
