Note: N2359 James and Sarah were living between John A. Roberts and his son Absalom in the 1850 Santa Rosa census. When his property was sold, it included his own, as well as the Rhodes’, Absalom’s, and Windham’s. I concluded that Sarah must have been that daughter b. abt 1825. The signers were called heirs of the Roberts and the Rhodes.
