 Reads as follows.
 In Memory of Robert Headrick, who died 17 June 1865-aged 77 years--
 Also his wife Jane Fullerton who died 5 February 1869-aged 80 years-
 and their son John who died October 1849 - aged 24 years-
 and their daughter Mary - wife of George McCallum- who died March 1864 aged 35 years- and their son Peter who died February 1883-aged 63 years-
 also of Mary sister of the above George McCallum-who died 7th August
 1888-aged 56 years-
 ERECTED BY THE SURVIVING MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY
 LAST WILL AND SETTLEMENT OF ROBERT HEADRICK
 1866
 At Perth the fourth day of July Eighteen hundred and sixty six. In
 presence of Edward Strathearn Gordon Esquire, Advocate, Commissary of the
 county of Perth. compeared James MacRasty Solicitor in Grieff as
 Procurdtor for the Executor after named and designed and gave in the Last
 Will and Settlement of Robert Headrick sometime shoemaker in Crieff, together with the Inventory of his Personal Estate duly stamped with
 Eight Pounds Sterling of duty and oath thereon after written, desiring
 the same to be recorded in the Commissary Court Books of Perthshire, conform to Act of Parliament, which desire the said Commissary finding
 reasonable, he ordained the same to be done accordingly: whereof the
 Senor follows as: I Robert Headrick sometime Shoemaker in Grieff now
 residing in Miller Street, Grieff, considering it to be a duty incumbent
 on me to settle my worldly affairs during my live, so as to prevent
 disputes thereavent after my death. Do hereby leave Segate and Bequeath
 to and in favor of Jean Fullerton my spouse in case she shall survive me
 in liferent for her liferent use allenarly and after her death to my sons
 and daughters herein after named and designed as after mentioned All and
 Sundry goods, gear, debts effects and sums of money Bank and Gas shares,
 and Capital Stock of Public Companies and Dividends and others accrued
 thereon, Household Furniture and other Effects and in general the whole moveable means and Estate of whatever nature or denomiantion or wherever
 situated which shall pertain and belong or be indebted, resting and owing
 to me at the time of my death, with the whole writs and evidents vouchers and securities thereof, but subject always so and under payment and deduction of my deathbed and funeral expenses and the expenses of
 carrying these presents into execution, and of the lawful debts (if any) due by me at the time of my decease and also of the following legacies which I hereby Segate and Bequeath as follows : To Peter Headrick
 Shoemaker, Thamesford County of Acford Canada West, James Headrick, Baker
 Twenty five Cambridge Street Glasgow, and David Headrick Tailor Saltcoats
 in Ayreshire, my sons equally. in case they shall survive me and my said
 spouse or failing them so their lawful children as herein after provided
 Sixty shares of the capital Stock of the Caledomian Banking Company
 Standing in my name in the Books of the said Company, with the whole dividends profits. and emalunents accrued thereon at the period of
 division after mentioned and all my right , title and interest thereto and therein, being Twenty shares of the said Capital Stock of said
 Caledonian Banking Company to each of my before named sons, and the dividends and others effeiring thereto; and I further Segate and Bequeath
 to Mary Headrick spouse of George McCallum Turner Dundee, and Ann
 Headrick spouse of Robert Faichney Shoemaker Grieff my daughters
 equally, in case they shall survive me and my said spouse, or failing
 them to their lawful children as herein after provided Twenty two Shares
 of the Capital Stock of the Crieff Gas light Company, Standing in my name
