"Another family in Barnard was the Lemuel Spooner family which lived not
far from the Turkey Hollow schoolhouse where in 1855 he was living just
north of the school. He was the son of Gardner and Deborah (Shaw)
Spooner, who came from Dartmouth to Woodstock, VT. in 1782 and where
Gardner died."

I have nothing on Deborah (Shaw) - only Barnard, Vt. reference is as quoted above - also History of Hardwick, MA does not include this Shaw
