 CHARLES WELCH DIES
  Lyons Man Succumbs Unexpectedly At Home Last Night
  Charles A. Welch, 59, a native Rice countyian died unexpectedly at his home at 510 South Reed
 at 10:30 o'clock last night. He had been ill only one hour. He was born in Fredrick Novcmber 20, 1889, and would have observed his 60th birthday anniversary in eight days. He was married to Rosa Dellingcr May 24,1915, in Lyons. He was employcd as an auto mechanic at the Coonfer Motor and Machine shop. Mr. Welch was a membcr of the Methodist church. Survivors include his widow;
 four sons,Charles Alfred, . jr., Byron, Willie Donald, and Jack Lcc, all of Lyons; three daughters, Mrs. Margurite Hodson of Wichita, Berta Fimple of Sterling and Ruth O'Shea of Lyons; four sisters, Mrs. Jennie Shiedlcr of Lyons, Mrs. David Fisher of Hollistcr, California, Mrs. W. O. Lennon and Mrs. Charles Maxwell both San Bernardino, California; and seven grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have not been announced as yet.
