Two daughters by her first marriage; Chasitity and Christina. Janice I. Lantz, 37, 11819 N. Pine Drive, Syracuse, died at 12:59a.m. Saturday, march 14, 1998, in her home from complications of cancer.
She was born Sept. 20, 1960, in kendallville to Leon and Nancy Bush Patrick. he married Tim Lantz on March 24, 1984; he survives.
She was a lifetime area resident and former inspector for Dutchman Manufacturing, Goshen.
Additional survivors include two daughters, Chastity and Christine Knafel, both at home; her father and stepmother, Leon and Martha Patrick, Rome City; one stepsister, Mrs. Darrell (Linda) Short, Ligonier; and two stepbrothers, Donald Cornett, LaGrange, and L. Dl. Slone, Rome City. One brother proceeded her in death.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 17, in Syracuse. Burial was in Oak Park Cemetery, Ligonier.... The Mail-Journal, March 18, 1998.
