 I have one Catherine Delp born 21 June 1772; died 1844 married Jacob Kulp. Her parents were Samuel Delp and Elizabeth Dierstein, who's father was Hans Or Johann Georg Delp, who came over on the ship, Bilander Thistle, from Germany. It landed in Pennsylvania 28 October 1738. There was an Isaac Delp, who came to America from Germany 26 Sep 1737, on the St. Andrew Galley. Any way Hans wifes name was Barbara Moyer, she was born around 1718, died around 1789. Hans was born 25 June 1718, died around 1789. Samuel was born 1746, died 1808 or 1809. His wife was born Rockhill, Bucks county and died at Buckingham. She had three sisters and four brothers. There was Michael, George, Abraham, Samuel, Agnes, Elizabeth, and Barbara. I have alot of information on the Delp family that goes back to Germany and England. But have not sorted it all out yet. I have relatives in Virginia yet that I write to that I have not yet met. He is the one that told me I was related one Leonard A. Delp from Florida. He is a descendant from the Hans George Delp.
