a. Note:   Harrisburg man taken by death: Floyd Geroge Attig, 53, RFD 1 harrisburg, died at his home of a heart ailment
 Saturday morning. He had farmed in the Harrisburg area for the last three
 years.
 Funeral services will be held at the Fischer Funeral home in Albany at 1:30 pm.
 A native of Metamore, Illinois born June 30, 1903, mr. Attig lived in Illinois
 and Minnesota before moving to St. Helens, Oregon, where he resided until
 coming to Linn County.
 Oh April 17, 1947, Mr. Attig married Wyona Wood at Vancouver, Washington. She
 survives as do six children, Jeanne Attig, Eugene; Mrs. Frank Campbell, Albany;
 Mrs. Bill Davis and Gerald Attig, Salem and Gary and Stanley Attig, Harrisburg;
 by seven grandchildren, a brother, Ralph Attig, Washington, Illinois, and three
 sisters Mrs. Alvin Menz and Mrs. Ronald Dingeldine, Washington, Illinois, and
 Mrs. Larry Howe, East Peoria, Illinois, and by his father, Samuel Attig,
 Morton, Illinois.
 He was a member of the Evangelical-United Brethren church.
