Note: ded school at Placer. Enter the U.S. Army at Townsend on October 3, 1912 at the age of 29 years. Served as a Wagoner with the 38th Infantry in France. He was discharged August 11, 1919 at Cheyenne, Wyoming. Live on the home ranch and was married to Anne Hazelton. He was engaged in garage business in Helena, farmed on the old Tomcheck place and later both a ranch at Lakeside out of Helena, MT. He was a life time member of the American Legion of East Helena and the V.F.W.
