 Delbert Marshall
 Services for Delbert Marshall, 56, of Slagle will be announced by the Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home in Leesville. Mr. Marshall died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1993 in the St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.
  Here is a copy of what his first divorced papers to Geraldine had on them:

Taylor, of Peterson, Taylor & Day, the defendant not appearing and his default having heretofore been entered, the Prosecuting attorney for Benton County appearing for the State of Washington, and the Court having heard the testimony and having made and entered herein its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, and being fully advised in the premises, it is now
 ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the plaintiff be and she is hereby granted an absolute divorce from the defendant, and the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the plaintiff and the defenant be and they are hereby dissolved.
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the plaintiff be and she is hereby awarded the care, custody and control of the two minor children of the parties: Michael Dugene Marshall, age four (4) years; and Christopher Dean Marshall, age one (1) year; and the defendant be and he is hereby granted rights of reasonable visitation with said children.
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the defendant be and he is hereby required to pay the plaintiff, for the support, maintenance and educaton of the minor childre of the parties, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month, being the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per child, such paymentsto be reduced propertionately as each child reaches the age of twenty-one years or is sooner self-supporting or married, said payments to comence on February 1,1966.
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the plaintiff be and she is hereby awarded the 1
 957 Chevrolet Automobile and the household furniture as her sole and separate property.
