a. Note:   s county marriage book h,page 60. his second marriage to roxie ann wynn on jan. 19 1880 is recorded on book j page 150 , haw ever toxie said on her pension application that they were married on the 20th. he is recorded as having enlisted on oct. 25th 1861.however the muster roll sheets that give his enlistment date as oct 25th 1861,show that he answered the muster roll from oct 4th thouhg oct 31st1861. we believe that the 25th must have been the date the report was made and not the date of enlistment since we don't see how he could have been on the roll from the 4th of he didn't enlist until the 25th. the same is true for joseph m. and heremiah m. we believe that all five of the boys went to savannah and inlisted at the same time.they were all in the same company and are sjpwm pm a roster of h.c. bowen's co. k. (licated at the court house in jthomasville, ga.) as having jenlisted on the 3rd of october 1861 this roster also lists co.k, as wilson's army of the west.
