Note: Dee farmed, ran a store at Eaton, worked on railroad, worked at Milan Arsenal,and at Gibson Co . Electric. He was farming and driving a bus for Spring Hill school when he died.
When grandmother and granddaddy decided to marry they did not tell anyone except John Dunagan, Dee's older brother, They went to a cattle show at Yorkville, stayed a while then sneaked off to Hickman, Kentucky and got married. About 6 weeks later a man came in to John Dunagan's store and asked if he knew that Dee and Margarett had married. John wanted to know how he had found out, the man said he had seen a Hickman newspaper and the marriage was in it. John called granddaddy and told him that he would have to tell their parents now.
