Note: German name for Mary's name is: Anna Maria, one of many. She was born in Senheim, Germany. She married John G. Smith (b. April 1863), May 8, 1888 at St. Mary's Church in Avon, Ohio Their witnesses: Charles Smith & Katherine Hentges. Her parents were of coarse Joseph and Maria Anna Sehl (Seel, Sale, Sahl). I added this as to show the different spellings of Maria's maiden name. These spellings came from St. Mary's Church in Avon, Ohio. I recently found one of Mary's grandchildren. James Smith, the Mayor of Avon, Ohio. He has supplied me with some interesting information about this side of the family, which I will be putting into the notes when I receive more information.
