Note: tgomery Co., Ga. William was living in Montgomery Co., Ga. in 1800 along with a Benjamin Harrison. I found this in the book "1805 Georgia Land Lottery" by Virginia S. Wood and Ralph V. Wood. Also look in the book "Montgomery County Georgia" by James E. Dorsey and John K. Derden, page 82. In the book "Wilkinson County, Georgia Gravestones" by Joseph T. Maddox, page 124, Moses Justice, gravestone erected by grandson William Harrison of Greenville, Butler County, Alabama.
James married Delany Justice, daughter of Moses Justice and Sarah Goodson. Delany was born June 3, 1790 in Darlington District, SC and died Feb. 18, 1836 in Covington Co., Ala. James died Nov. 5, 1848 in Covington Co., Ala. They are both buried in Harrison Cemetery in Butler Co., Ala. James received a land grant in Covington Co. on Feb. 12, 1825. James was a Captain in the Covington County Militia Sept. 13, 1824. Children:
