Heis buried in the same cemetery with Cuyler P. and Seaborn Moseley inEmanuel County, GA. Niceay A. Moseley is buried in the Bill MOseleyCemetery behind W. D. Moseley's house on US #1, north of Vidalia. Hergrave is fenced in by itself, but she is buried with the family ofElisha T. Moseley. William S. Moseley's family is also buried on thesame farm. Cleman T. Moseley served as sheriff of Emanuel County atone time. Cleman T. MOseley and Nicey A> Sullivant were married April15, 1821 in Montgomery Co. GA. His first two children were born of aformer union. Clement T. Mosley of Emanuel County legitimized his three childrenthrough the Georgia legislature in 1838.
