Note: Samuel was a revolutionary war soldier. He came to the Conn. Grant in PA. before the war. After the war, he came back to look for his family but could not find them. Thinking they had been killed or died, he went back to Goshen, NY. from whence he originally came. He married Deborah, sister of Richard, and in 1802 came to Wyalusing Creek, PA.
