Note: Custom Field:<_FA#> Residence REFN: 4.4 John served in the 1st WW in France. He was a craftsmen in cement work, especially, fireplaces. He started a home in Oregon that was never completed (this was characteristic of his personality!). I remember him (George J.(Jerry) speaking) as being good to me--giving me a .50 cent piece when he was around. He died from a malignant cancer of the mouth or lip. He was a hard drinker and most probably was an alcoholic at his death.
