Note: zed in St. Mary's Church, Derby on January 7, 1866 by the Rev. C. Duffett. The sponsors (godparents) were Patrick Clark and Hannah Quinn (Hannah was was Ellen Boylan's sister. The attending physician at the birth was Dr. Charles Pinney. Catherine died on January 26, 1869 of the "croup," according to her death certificate signed by Dr. A. Beardsly. She was three years old at the time of her death. Catherine is buried in St. Bernard's Cemetery, New Haven, Connectciut, in an unmarked grave.
