Note: 1. After falling into the oil pit at a service station, John was arrested and charged with drunkeness, then taken to jail. He died in
jail due to the skull fracture. The fact that he had fractured his skull
was why he was acting as though he were drunk and had not actually been
drinking. Cause of death was actually neglect by the police department.
He was not taken to a Dr. or Hospital for any injury or check up.
2. Death certificate states that his mother was Josephine Leahey born in
Columbus Ohio, this fact is wrong. His mother was actually Johanna
Leahey born in England. The person who gave this information was his
brother Patrick Cunningham.
