Note: My Dad Henry Duxbury born in Bolton 14 Apr 1906 died 11 May 1971 although we have a ? whether 11th is the actual date of death. He died of heart failure (I dont have the technical term but probably myocardial infarction or cardiac arrest) in his home at 21 South Croft, Upper Denby, Near Huddersfield, Yorkshire aged 65 yrs.
