Note: DEATHS BREWER, Nada V. Corner Brook, NF It is with great sadness that the family of the late Nada V. Brewer announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Wednesday, August 11, 1999 at the age of 90 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her two daughters: Betty Harnum (Max), Edna Heath (Charles); two sons: Archie Brewer (Connie), Raymond Brewer (Pearl); three sisters: Mabel Jennings, Ida Primmer, Beatrice Bugden; and one brother Owen Pear (Lucretia); 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, and other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Gordon Brewer in 1996; three children: Willman, Ronald, and Margaret; brothers: Ray and Elward Pear. The family will be receiving friends from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue, on Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m., and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 14th, at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Clarence Street, Major Lacey officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel Memorial Fund.
