Note: This child is listed as the daughter of Enoch and his wife, Elizabeth in 1851 census. She appears to be in FreeBMD as Eliza b. Dec 1846 so it is after his marriage to Sarah Elizabeth in Sept 1846 in Cheltenham. However, the 1851 census lists (Sarah) Elizabeth as 65 years old and Eliza as 4....61 years old seems a bit old to be having a newborn. I wonder if Eliza Jane is a grand-daughter or adopted daughter or Sarah Elizabeth's age is wrong.
1861 census lists Eliza as a grandddaughter, not a daughter. I assume that she would be the daughter of James and Elizabeth as they were the only ones married at the time.
