a. Note:   In the Lanark Era Newspaper Wednesday, November 17, 1909 there is this info:-
  At Pilot Mound, Man, Thurs. Nov 4th, Ann McPherson McIntyre, wife of Mr. Robert Blackburn, aged 69 years. Born at Perth in 1840, she lived in Lanark Twp. for some years and married Robert Blackburn of that Township in 1861. They moved to Paisley, Bruce County, where all the family except the youngest was born. They moved to Pilot Mound over thirty years ago. She was second eldest sister of the late A. R. McIntyre of Middleville and is the last of the family. Besides her husband, she leaves six sons and two daughters; Mrs. Everat Parsonage, Maple Creek, Sask.; Alex., Winnipeg; Hugh, Dauphin, Man.; Dave, Hansboro, ND; and John, Robert, Charles and Miss Belle, of Pilot Mound. Burial in the Pilot Mound cemetery.
