Ann was 11. William was 3 (23?). John was 22. Alexander was 20. (Donna Alden-Bugden found the original record on Ancestry.com and viewed it). Arrived on the Ship Sterling leaving from Dundee Scotland and arriving in New York. Daniel is listed as a Mason.
Came with family of three boys and three girls, to Rochester, NY, where he died. His daughter Mary, married and remained in Rochester. She, her husband and father, Donald, are all buried together in Rochester. The rest of the family obviously continued on to Toronto and then Trafalgar, Halton County, before William and Alexander settled in Haldimand County.
