a. Note:   Leader-Call, Laurel, Miss, Sat., Aug. 5, 1967 Mrs. O. C. (Lola) Smith, 72 of Marion Drive, Laurel, died Thursday in a Laurel Hospital. Funeral services will be held Sunday, 1:30 pm from Memory Chapel with burial in Hickory Grove Cemetery. Dr. Eual Samples will officiate. She is survived by her husband, O. C. Smith; five dauthters, Mrs. A. G. (Catherine) Fetters, Alliance, Ohio; Mrs. J. C. (Eloise) Goodgame, Knoxville, Tenn.; Mrs. S. A. (Celeste) Rathe, Baton Rouge, La.; Mrs. C. A. (Arlyn) Register, Atlanta, Ga.; Mrs. Richard L. (Betty) Waggner, Escanaba, Mich.; one son, O. C. Smith Jr., Atlanta, Ga: 18 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Annie Eaton of Enid, Okla. Active pallbearers will be Thornwell Ramsey, Ben Houston, Paul Walker, Troy Pitts, A. D. Hilton, Thad Windham, Lawrence Byrd and Carl Johnson. Honary pallbearers will be members of the Shrine Club. The family requests friends desiring may make memorials to the Crippled Children's Home, Shreveport, La.
