  Lake Charles American Press, pg. 26, May 21, 1952 Sulphur, LA.---Funeral services for Cleveland Johnson Parker, Sr. 59, were to be held at 3 p.m. Wed. from the Hisxon funeral home chapel in Sulphur, with Rev. L. G. Hunter, pastor of the Maplewood Methodist church, officiating. Burial was to be in Roselawn cemetery near Sulphur. Mr. Parker, a 30 year resident of Sulphur died Tuesday morning at St. Patrick's hospital in Lake Charles, following an illness of two weeks. He was a native of Belfast, Tenn., and had been employed by the W. T. Burton shipyards. He is survived by two sons, C. J. Parker, Jr. of Sulphur, and Ralph Parker of Hackberry; two sisters, Mrs. O. C. Smith of Laurel, Miss., Mrs. Mary Eaton of Enid, OK., and two grandchildren. Pallbearers were to be Floyd Stanley, Calvin Hebert, Michel Khoury, Carlton Hardin, Leo Trosclair and Claude Hoffpauir.
