a. Note:   Taylor Bayou Cemetery (Hammer-McFaddin Family Cemetery) is located between Red Bluff Rd. and Port Rd. on the west side of Taylor Lake, Pasadena, Harris Co., Texas. The cemetery is on property and in poor condition, eroding into the lake. The city of Pasadena and Seabrook are working on saving the cemetery.
