Sidney R. Brummerhop, 85, of Seabrook passed away Thursday, March 13, 1997 in Webster. Born on Jan. 11, 1912 in Seabrook, Texas. Mr. Brummerhop was a lifelong resident of Seabrook and had retired from Exxon. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Emogene Brummerhop of Seabrook; son Sidney R. Brummerhop, Jr. & wife Alice of Sulphur, La.; daughter Nelda Saitta and husband Joseph of Seabrook; one brother; four sisters; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren ; and one great-great-grandson. Funeral services will be 3 pm Sat. March 15, 1997 in the Chapel of Jack Rowe Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Goodrich officiating. Interment will be at Seabrook Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Seabrook Volunteer Fire Department or Seabrook United Methodist Church.
